He is the author of numerous best-selling books for teachers – published by Autus Books and, more recently, Spark Books – including ‘How to Become a School Leader’, ‘How to Lead’, ‘Making Key Stage 3 Count’, ‘The IQ Myth’, ‘Teach’ and ‘Teach 2’. He also edited ‘SPaG Book’ and ‘Outstanding Literacy’. His latest book, ‘How to Learn’, was published in 2017.
His education blog has been voted one of the UK’s most influential and receives over 50,000 visitors a year.
