“Continued professional development is vital for all teachers to help improve their knowledge and skills. We trust heads to invest in high quality training and development.” – DfE 2017
We are living in an uncertain world, one slowly trying to return to ‘normal’ following a global pandemic.
Your school or college may be nervous about booking external speakers or sending staff out on courses at the moment and yet your staff’s professional development needs remain crucial.
At Bromley Education we think we have some solutions…
We can offer you interactive webinars in place of departmental and twilight CPD, on-demand training videos to provide flexibility and longer-term support, and live-streamed speeches for whole-staff INSET days.
We can provide webinars broadcast live either into your school hall for all delegates to attend or into colleagues’ homes via video-conferencing software.
These webinars emulate face-to-face CPD and allow for some interaction such as activities, action-planning discussions, and Q&As.
Webinars can be a one-off event or form a series of sessions developing ideas over time and affording delegates the opportunity to put their learning into practice and feed back on their experiences.
If you want a keynote speaker for a whole-school or college INSET day but don’t want to run the risk of inviting external speakers into your buildings or have staff gather en masse, then we can stream a live speech into your event or into colleagues’ homes. Each speech is tailored to meet your unique needs.
We can provide you with a series of pre-recorded training videos, produced specifically for your school or college and ‘badged’ with your livery for internal use, on a range of subjects.
Our on-demand videos are, as the title suggests, made available for use as and when you need them and provide added flexibility, enabling colleagues to access training at a time and place that suits them, and to engage with the training at a pace that matches their development needs.
Our on-demand videos are always bespoke to you and come with a lifetime licence for use by your organisation for a one-off fee. They can be hosted on our website or on your own servers/intranet.
